Acid Generation (or Acid Secretion) is the biological ability of a DNA Alternate to secrete a toxic acid as a defense mechanism. This ability is highly destructive, as the acid is meant to deter predators. The acid is secreted from specialized glands in the hands, mouth, or by other means not yet observed.
Extensive practice may allow the Alternate to assert control of the creation of acid from their bodies, manipulate the acidity of the substance, perhaps even stop the production of the substance altogether until they allow it. Most often, the Alternate is incapable of controlling the ability to any extent, and destroys anything that upsets them.
