This ability may have its drawbacks, as the Alternate may not be able to control the victim after overloading their appetite.
Famisamplus is a specialization some telepaths use to manipulate the visceral nervous system, allowing them to control feelings of hunger, lust, or addiction in the victim. The Alternate manipulates the victim's appetites, causing them to feel as though they are starving, aroused, or in great need of a fix. The Alternate cannot control the behavior of the victim, only their desire.
The Alternate can hypothetically cause the victim to feel such desire that their ability to reason is overwhelmed, forcing them to sate whatever hunger has been awakened in them. The victim may attack someone in order to consume their flesh to sate a hunger, or potentially rob someone to pay for drugs. Alternates with stronger telepathic abilities may be able to resist Famisamplus.
