Heliokinesis is the ability to manipulate solar energy. This evolved person is capable of performing a special type of photosynthesis, absorbing the energy emitted from the sun and generating near-perpetual energy, along with generating and manipulating stellar and solar energies in other forms, including conversion to electricity although it should be noted this is usable electricity. The wielder cannot form the electricity into bolts or lightning. Their body may be capable of generating geomagnetic storms and solar winds on a small scale, should their will and development be strong enough.
